Relaxation Excercise
In the past I had done a few but never had the experience I did with this. Following each step I was to feel my circulation changes it course, my arms temperature was very warm kind of warm and fuzzy feeling. I was most intrigued on how I was able to control it and bring my circulation back to where I started. To many it may not seem like a major thing, but I never actually tried to control my body in such a manner, well at least not conscientiously, but never the less it was a mind trip for me. Just makes you think about what else are we truly capable of doing?? Could you imagine all the great things we could do if we were all to master this. The more I get into this course the more I become intrigued. I wonder what next week may bring :)

I really enjoyed this exercise too. I use to think they were a bunch of hot air. This one really helped me relax though. I think I will have to use them more often. I could actually feel the blood moving from place to place. At first I thought I was crazy but it is amazing what u mind can do when you really focus and concentrate.

ReplyDeleteI have used this type of relaxation in the past. I forgot how relaxing it can be. It is a wonderful feeling to be able to feel the blood flowing from one area to another and back. I really enjoyed doing this exercise also.
